Ukraine’s Borders Open: Ukrainian Surrogacy Restarts After Covid
After months of closed borders due to the Coronavirus, Ukraine is opening its borders to foreign guests starting Saturday, June 13, 2020.
Ukraine quarantined several weeks earlier than most countries and this has definitely helped. This included the closure of the metro and all intercity transportation. Similarly, fines and stiff regulations helped minimize the spread of the virus.
